Petrol Mercedes ML-class: what changes with a remap

With a petrol engine the remap works through the ECU's ignition, fuelling and turbo boost tables. Re-calibrating them within safe limits releases power that is already there, rather than adding anything to the engine.

Of the 9 petrol ML-class engines in our data, this one comes 6th for power gain, which is 3 bhp below the ML-class petrol average of 28 bhp.
